Welcome to Finders Keepers Official's Shipping Policy. We offer free shipping on all orders over £30 or £50, and a flat rate of £3.99 or £5.99 depending on shipping request for all other orders, we will make sure to deliver your orders in a timely manner. We ship all of the UK, and international shipping is available upon request. At Finders Keepers Official, we believe in transparency and honesty. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you immediately and keep you informed throughout the process. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you!
Return & Exchange Policy:
You have 28 days for your return to arrive to us.
YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITHIN YOUR PARCEL OTHERWISE A REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

If you received free delivery but all item's were returned this delivery cost of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

All items must be unworn with tags.

Have all labels attached

Be unused / not worn

Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.

Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc

Shoes - must be tried on indoors
Swimwear - is non returnable due to hygiene reasons

If an item is returned to us that does not comply with the above you will be given an option of paying a postage fee of £3.99 for the item returned to you for up to 14 days.
How to return an item:
​
1. You will need to email us at customerservice@finderskeepersofficial.com requesting your return, we will then send you over your returns label/QR Code.
2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your order confirmation of purchase email. If this is not inside then the refund cannot be processed as we cannot match your return to your order. Please attach the label onto the bag. You can use the bag the items arrived in or another bag if you prefer.
3. Take it to a post office to send
4. You will get receive an email as soon as we have received your items and when a refund is issued

Faulty Items:
In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item – please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form on our website with information and a picture of the fault so we can quickly resolve it.

Terms of Refund:
We reserve the right to not refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.
We do not offer free returns nor will we refund the original shipping cost, with the exception of faulty items. All returns to us, are shipped at your own cost.
If you received free delivery on your order and you return the full order then delivery charges will be taken off the refund.
